The Mid-Hudson Library System Health Information Project has been funded by the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services and funded in part by Dutchess County Government to provide prevention education programs and supply prevention education information in the form of books, videos and websites to teens, educators and area residents through the 66 member libraries and their branches in the five counties served by the System.
